On the south bank of the Thames, just west of the QEII bridge at Dartford is The Bridge - a science park and residential development. The development itself is far from finished, but they seem to have been keen to get the transport infrastrucutre in place, hence these contemporary bus stops. On a Sunday morning when I was there, the buses where running every 15 minutes, though they appeared to be all empty and with no-one around to use them. This probably explains the pristine condition of the bus stops even though the service has been running for over a year. |
