Domestic Landscapes by Bert Teunissen. This is a project to "make a series of photographs that were made in houses that still have the ‘old and antique available daylight’. This is a series of photographs about a certain atmosphere that Bert knew from his childhood".

There's a great deal of material from the project and it's certainly fascinating to browse, but after a while you begin to realise that all the photos look the same. This is not surprising as, given Teunissen's quoted intention, he is actually trying to to take the same photograph each time in an effort to capture that scene from his childhood. In some ways this is a missed opportunity. It would have been far more interesting to capture a series of images portraying the huge variety of domestic landscapes, revealing the differences both within, and between, the various countries.
